Organisation presentation
In over 120 years of existence, the College has prepared thousands of young people who contributed to the highlighting of the ancient west- Pontic Romanian regions. Nowadays the College is a valuable educational and cultural centre of Constanta, with a well- defined role in community. The National Pedagogical College, the only Dobrudjan school institution owing the Title of "European School", is a great and modern school complex (kindergarten, primary, high school, with over 1100 students), with a distinctive ethos that has provided for our students a high quality, continuously evolving and high competitive training, in accordance with the requirements of a democratic society. The study of the foreign languages, operating the computer and using the Internet, together with a careful cultivation of the civic values , scientific- technical, literary- artistic and sports skills and talents represent specific aims. All these are supported by a marked team spirit among teachers, students, parents and a defined environment of physical safety and spiritual freedom for everybody.

Activities and projects of organisation relevant for project
The National Pedagogical College "Constantin Bratescu" is known as an accredited institution for training - besides Romanian students, coming from different ethnic background- foreign students, starting the school year 1998- 1999. More than 100 Albanian students were trained during 1998-2001 on the grounds of special tailored Curriculum approved by the Constanta County School Inspectorate and Romanian Ministry of Education, at the proposal of College teachers. This activity has continued in this school year (2013-2014) with training of the foreign students originally from Syria and Albania. Moreover, The College offers its facilities and staff for the training of the students enrolled at the "Ovidius" University, Constanta, Romania.
